Open Water, Open Minds is a proposed national campaign designed to make recreational boating and fishing more accessible, inclusive, and sustainable for all Americans. The campaign blends digital innovation, education, and grassroots outreach to engage underrepresented communities in outdoor activities—while promoting environmental stewardship of our nation's waterways.

Campaign Goals

Why It Matters
